Games Ark Ecosystem
Creating pathways into sustainable game development.
The non-profit is being set up.
Games Ark Ecosystem is not yet operational as a registered entity. Programmes, partnerships and details are being developed. Registering your interest will help us decide what to build and how to run it.
What it is
The non-profit side of The Games Ark.
Games Ark Ecosystem supports programmes designed to help people gain practical experience, collaborate with others and develop the skills needed to build sustainable game studios.
It runs the incubation programme and community initiatives, working alongside the wider Games Ark community and using The ARK Framework™ as its practical basis.

Programmes
What the Games Ark Labs run.
Four programmes covering skills, studio development, community and challenges.
ARKway™
Skills & development for emerging developers
Practical skills, learning and development for people starting out in games.
ARKship™
Studio development, incubation & commercialisation
Helping teams become studios — structure, production, shipping and commercialisation.
ARKlink™

Connecting developers, founders, students and industry people to work together.
ARKquest™
Competitions, challenges & game jams

Incubation Programmes
Helping teams become studios.
The Foundation's incubation programmes give emerging developers a place to gain practical experience, work together on real projects and learn how to operate as a studio — using The ARK Framework™ as the practical basis.
Programmes are being developed. Places, dates and formats are not yet confirmed, and registering interest does not guarantee a place.
Incubation Scholarships
Helping more people access the opportunity to build.
The Games Ark Foundation provides scholarships connected to its incubation programmes, helping reduce financial barriers for emerging developers who want to gain practical experience and develop a game studio.
The scholarships are intended to support participation in the programme and help people access the opportunity regardless of their financial circumstances.
Availability varies
Scholarship availability and eligibility may vary by programme, and scholarships are limited.
Not guaranteed
Registering interest does not guarantee a scholarship or a place on an incubation programme.
