The idea

Make a game. Learn to run the thing that makes games.

Most support for new developers stops at the work itself. Incubation is about doing both: developing a project with other people, while building the habits, structures and decisions a studio needs to keep going afterwards.

Programmes are run by The Games Ark Foundation and use The ARK Framework™ as their practical basis.
